Quest for Glory II: Trial by Fire

Quest for Glory II: Trial by Fire is a remake of the Sierra classic where you play the Spielberg hero who, after all the events of the first game, has to embark on a new danger-filled adventure.

The first thing to do is choose the type of character you want: a warrior, mage, or thief. The way you face the game's challenges depends completely on which one you choose. For instance, while a warrior can just rush into combat and fight lots of enemies, a thief has to sneak in stealthily.

The game develops in intervals of 30 days in 'real time'. This means that some important events in the game's storyline take place only on certain days, which keeps the story in this open-world game within a linear development.

This remake, unlike the 1990 original, has improved graphics similar to those of later titles in the series. For now, it is the only game that's gone through this process.

Quest for Glory II: Trial by Fire is an adventure/RPG hybrid that thanks to this remake remains an excellent title that all fans should try at least once in their lives.
